Our grain-free preset is quite strict, but if you'd like to include certain ingredients rye, barley, wheat, oat, or any psuedocereals like quinoa just adjust the settings and we'll display the dishes accordingly. Our app is developed with the help of food scientists, so we won't show you dishes that we know include grains unless you instruct us to include them. If we're unsure if a dish includes grains, we'll flag it with warnings so you can ask the restaurant for guidance.
